Supporting Diversity in Venture Capital - Sydney
Working with the Department of Industry, Science and Resources to host a Supporting Diversity in VC Forum. It is designed to help grow the representation of people with diverse backgrounds, so it reflects the proportions seen in the general Australian population, in the venture capital and start-up sector. A GP firm will share how they have embedded diversity in their organisation and in portfolio companies to drive better performance. We will discuss how we can better support diversity in the VC ecosystem.
The forum will bring together the VC community, including investors to hear from leaders in the industry with diverse backgrounds and ideas. The aim is to facilitate greater connections within the VC community. All individuals in the VC industry are encouraged to attend.
