An experienced former Detective and senior leader with over 30 years in combined law enforcement and professional services environments, Stan is a highly regarded risk specialist who combines proactive risk management, and investigative and forensic technology skills to assist organisations in aligning Governance, Risk and Compliance programs with their strategic objectives. Stan has worked with M&A advisory firms leading the information separation work stream, working side-by-side with M&A advisors, Lawyers and regulatory bodies.

Further, Stan provided expert affidavits, testimony and acted in the appointed Independent Expert role in relation to the use of computer systems across a range of matters including intellectual property disputes, unauthorised access and distribution of information, compliance, fraud and misconduct, in both criminal and civil jurisdiction.
