Senior Analyst, Responsible Investments | Aware Super

Amy is a senior analyst in the Responsible Investment team at Aware Super, one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds (previously First State Super). Amy works closely with the internal and external PE, VC and listed equity managers to assess environmental, social and governance (ESG) opportunities and risks. Amy also leads the company engagement at Aware Super which is a key part of the fund’s Climate Change Portfolio Transition Plan.

Amy has over 18 years experience in the Finance industry bringing a commercial lens to ESG discussions with companies from previous roles in Equities at JP Morgan and Finance & Strategy at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She holds a Bachelor Mathematics & Finance (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, Finsia/Kaplan. Amy passionately believes that companies who improve their approach to ESG in areas such as climate transition, culture, diversity and governance will perform better in the long term.
