Manoj is a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 20 years experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the clients of the firm.

As the leader of PwC’s innovation practice, he has significant experience in venture capital, growth private equity and the fast growing private businesses that they invest in. He has first hand experience of the successful outcomes that can be achieved through collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.

He focuses on assisting business owners make important decisions based on sound financial information, including: assisting with scenario, planning ,optimisation of working capital, restructuring of debt facilities, obtaining VC/PE funding, and assisting with IPO readiness.

Manoj also runs the firm’s Emerging Company Services program, focused on supporting Australian Innovation
