Dominic is a Partner-Elect in Allens’ Technology, Media and Telecommunications team in Sydney, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raisings, joint ventures, commercial contracting and advisory and corporations law issues.

Dominic specialises in technology and data M&A, venture capital transactions and has extensive experience advising investors and corporates in relation to the strategic partnering and commercial arrangements which accompany strategic investments in the technology sector.

Dominic is also co-head of the Allens Accelerate high-growth companies practice.
