Everything you need to know about our new name and your new member experience
As part of our new and improved website and customer relationship management (CRM) system, here are a few things which have changed.
We have migrated to a new and improved CRM which allows us to better communicate with you, however, for your security, we are unable to transfer your member login information. You will need to go to the Login page and change your password by entering your current username. Knowing your member login is important as it allows you to update your profile, preferences and is vital when registering for events or renewing your membership. If you are not sure of your username try your email address, otherwise contact us.
Member profiles are now more interactive, more user friendly and offer more flexibility to self-manage small member changes and requests. By uploading a photo and ensuring your information is up to date, means we can improve how we interact with you.
Your company logo also appears in your profile and in the member directory. If your logo is incorrect, please upload the latest version as a GIF. JPEG. PNG or BMP format (max file size 1MB).
You can now choose the type of emails you want to receive from us. We don’t want you to miss anything so you are currently subscribed to receive emails about Australian Investment Council:

- Industry News
- CEO Messages
If you would like to change this, please login to your member profile, go to the 'preferences' tab and choose your preferences.
How do I get a copy of the Australian Investment Council logo?
As a member, you are entitled to use a special version of our logo on your website and marketing materials. This is accessible from a tab on your member profile called 'Member Logos' along with some guidelines about using this logo.
How do I email my current Australian Investment Council contact?
While our address and phone numbers remain the same, our email addresses now end with @aic.co.
I am having trouble registering for an event?
If you have any problems registering for an upcoming event, please contact our member services team on email@example.com
My member profile doesn’t display the correct information?
If your member profile displays old information, this can be easily updated, however, if the information is not related to you/your organisation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
