Sam has always had a passion for cybersecurity. As an Australian high school student, he got his start in the high-stakes world of cyber defense when his nation’s intelligence and security agency, the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD), entrusted him with complex security work.

From there, Sam moved into a red team role at a global investment bank and financial services firm, sparking his inspiration to start his own company providing innovative online traffic security solutions and services to other businesses.

Founded in 2015, and funded by leading Australian and U.S. by cyber investors, Kasada rapidly expanded, with teams and customers around the world.

Based in New York and Sydney, Sam is driven by his love of creating simple solutions to complex problems and is motivated by challenging preconceived ideas and beliefs in order to have a positive impact on the world.
